1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, viewing, downloading, or purchasing images or products through our Pixieset galleries or store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide sports photography services including:

  • Online photo galleries

  • Digital image downloads

  • Professional photo prints produced through Pixieset’s third-party print labs

Services are intended primarily for athletes and parents/guardians of athletes.

3. Image Copyright & Usage

All photographs are copyrighted and owned by Visual Apix.

Purchasing digital images grants you a personal, non-commercial license that allows:

  • Personal printing

  • Sharing with family and friends

  • Personal social media use (credit appreciated, not required)

You may not:

  • Sell or license images

  • Use images for advertising, promotion, or commercial purposes

  • Alter images in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s work

Commercial usage requires prior written permission.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are processed securely through Pixieset.

  • Prices listed at checkout apply at the time of purchase.

  • Digital downloads are delivered electronically after payment.

  • Printed products are fulfilled by Pixieset’s partnered professional print labs.

5. Print Fulfillment & Quality

Printed products are produced and shipped by third-party print labs selected by Pixieset.
While we carefully choose professional vendors, Visual Apix  is not responsible for delays, shipping issues, or minor color variations inherent in the printing process.

6. Refunds & Replacements

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable.

  • Print orders are final once submitted.

  • If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can request a replacement.

7. Gallery Access & Sharing

Some galleries may be password-protected or private.

Please do not:

  • Share private gallery links publicly

  • Attempt to access galleries without permission

Unauthorized use may result in revoked access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visual Apix is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to use of our galleries, downloads, or print services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
